Controlling Law and Jurisdiction
These Terms and any action related thereto will be governed by the laws of
Japan without regard to or application of its conflict of law provisions or
your state or country of residence. All claims, legal proceedings or litigation
arising in connection with the Services will be brought solely in Japan, and
you consent to the jurisdiction of and venue in such courts and waive any
objection as to inconvenient forum.

これらの条項及びその関連する行動は、その法律条項の適用やその人の国、居住国を問わず、日本の法律を適用す。”Services”に関して起こる全ての申し立て、法的訴訟、告訴は日本でのみ持ち込まれ、裁判地、不便宜な法廷地への反対しないことに同意しなければならない。
