I reviewed my pictures and spoke to my employee who set this up on ebay, nothing seemed damaged and it all looked new. i will not offer a refund or authorize the return until i receive it back and show that its the same item i sold to you. If I receive it and i can see that there was a problem on my part i will issue your refund and your shipping costs.
"If this was listed in error i will gladly offer a refund with your return shipping. this item was new in packaging and looked perfect. i am an honest seller and not looking to get over on anybody, but i will not give a refund until i receive it back and can see for myself your concerns."
