商品到着時にお客様が不在の場合は、盗難防止のため、不在通知書をお客様の郵便受けなどに入れており、玄関前に商品を置くことはできません。
不在通知書に記載されている郵便局に再配達のご連絡をされるか、商品を保管している郵便局で商品をお受け取り下さい。
なお、注文のキャンセルは24時間以内にご連絡ください。ご連絡がない場合は、発送手続きを進め、2月7日か2月8日には、トラックナンバー付きの速達便で発送いたします。

The following is our answer to your question.
If you are not at home at the arrival of the item, you will receive a delivery absence notice in the mail box as a protection against theft. It is not possible to have the item left in front of the entrance door.
You have to either contact the post office designated on the notice for re-delivery or pick it up at the post office that keeps the item.
If you wish to cancel your order, please contact us within 24 hours. If we don't receive any contact from you, we will proceed with the shipping of the item and ship it on either the 7th or 8th of February with a tracking number by express.
