The shipment was completed on December 13th. As I checked the tracking number, the item was sent from Tokyo to Chili on 14th. However, the information has not been updated since then. Although I asked the post office for investigation of the current status, they said it will take about one month to reply. Once I got the result, I will inform you. If you will receive the item during the period, please kindly let me know. I am very sorry for having you wait.

The details
We urged the consolidated delivery service (A company) to issue MBL number, but hadn't received any e-mails.
The person in charge of AMS transmission mistook to register for the concerned BL as transmitted on the internal shared sheet, so unsent situation wasn't recognized.
After the ship had left, A company informed MBL and we noticed AMS unsent.
We immediately handled with the AMS transmission.
The consolidated deliver service usually sends Notice before leaving.
However, A company didn't deal with informing Notice of AMS unsent.
