I would like you to bring the damaged guitar to the post office that delivered the guitar to you and submit a ''Damage report''.
1. I apply for an insurance coverage. (finished today.)
2. You will bring the guitar to the post office and submit a damage report.
3. The report is accepted.
4. I get money form the insurance company.
5. I refund the whole repair cost for the guitar.
