完璧主義の人は、配られたカードで戦うことを意識しよう
* はじめに
スヌーピーのある漫画に以下のような言葉があります。ルーシーという女の子がスヌーピーにたいして以下のような問いをします。

個人的にこの考え方を座右の銘にして生きています。

I would like to keep this thought as my personal motto.
* 勝負しないのが一番簡単
何かをやろうとしたときに必ず思ってしまうのが「これとこれがあればできる」などです。たとえば、起業を目指しているとしましょう。その時に思うこととして
- 資金があればできる
- いいメンバーがいればできる
- こういうスキルがあればできる
などがあります。
どれも大切なので、獲得する努力は大切です。しかし、全部を完璧に取得しようとしたら、いつまでもたってもスタートすることができません。

When you want to do something, you may tend to think: "I can do it, if I have that, that and that..." More concretely, if you intend to start up a business, you may think:
- I can do it, if I have an enough fund;
- I can do it, if I have a good member;
- I can do it, if I have certain skill, etc.

- 「もう少し、この会社で修行してからにしよう」
- 「こういうスキルがついてからにしよう」
- 「まだやる気が出てこないから」
と止まってしまいがちです。
完璧主義の人が陥りがちなのですが、完全に体制を整えてからでないと動けない、ということがあります。そして「まだ体制が整っていないから」という理由で挑戦をしない、という形があります。

Above are examples of reasons stopping you.
Especially for perfectionist, they are often unable to make a move until everything is set up.
There is another form of not challenging claiming “not being ready”.
* 手元のカードを使っていかにうまく戦うか
しかし、いつまでたっても戦わなければ先には進めません。それよりも、今手元にあるカードを使っていかにうまく戦うか、というところに重点をおいた方がいいのです。手元に何のカードがあるかを意識し把握した上で、どうそれで戦っていくか、と考えるということです。
やらない理由を探すのは簡単です。足りないものを見つけるのも簡単です。しかし、今持っているカードで何ができるか、を考えてみませんか？そうすることで行動に移せるようになるかもしれませんよ。
