先日アメリカ国内にお送りいただいた商品（#1234）について、輸出規制の関係で日本に送れないことが判明しました。
お手数ですが、以下のいずれかの対応についてご検討いただくことは可能でしょうか？
１．一旦、返品させていただいたうえで、日本宛てに直送いただく
２．返品させていただく（送料は負担します）
We found out that the item (#1234) which was sent to the U.S. address can
not be resent to Japan due to export regulation.
My appology for the inconveinece but, please confirm the following condition.
1. Return the item and ask you to resend it directly to Japan.
2. Return the item and ask for the refund. (You may charge the shipping fee.)
