I have been in contact with e-bay and paypal since your payment was confirmed and I keep getting the same answer that since I am a new seller here on e-bay this is their policy. I sincerely apologize for this and if you want the saw I will see you on webstore dot com where there will be no issues like this and you will receive your new saw in 10-15 days after payment confirmation.
