トムとの会議について、私は、ＮＥＣの山田氏及びＩＢＭの佐藤氏と、次の通り調整を取りました。
１．トムとの会議は、11月8日（火）に実施したい。
なお、当日のトムの予定を、出来るだけ早く教えてほしい。それにより、具体的な会議の時間をＮＥＣから連絡をする。
２．私の助言に従い、会議には、ＮＥＣ、及び、ＩＢＭの両者が、一緒に参加する。ＮＥＣから、山田氏、加藤氏、ＩＢＭからは、佐藤氏が、参加予定者である。但し、今後、変更もあり得る。
実行力のあるメンバーで、この会議を行いたいと思う。
I have adjusted with Yamada of NEC and Sato of IBM regarding the meeting with Tom.
1. We will hold the meeting with Tom on 8th November(Tue)
Also I would like to know his schedule on that day as soon as possible. NEC will inform meeting time in detail.
2. In the meeting, as everyone follows my advice, NEC and IBM will attend. Yamada and Kato from NEC, Sato from IBM will attend. However, it may be changed.
I would like to do the meeting with authority.
３．ＳＡＰからは、少なくとも、トムと私に参加してほしい。元より、当然、私は参加する積りでしたが、二人は、私が是非参加するように強く要望しました。
４．会議の議題を相談したい。現時点、ＮＥＣは、次の2つを大きなテーマだと考えている。
①今回のＤＥＬＬとのＭ＆Ａについて。特に、今後の日本の体制について。
②ＥＲＰ拡大の進め方について。特に、ＳＡＰの支援体制とFee体系について。
私は、この会議において、ＥＲＰの拡大に関するＮＥＣといＳＡＰの合意が出来、円滑に進行することを期待している。
3. From SAP, at least Tom and I would like to attend. I was planning to attend anyway but 2 of them strongly recommended to join.
4. I would like to talk about the subject for the meeting. At the moment, I believe the 2 theme below are main theme.
① About M&A with DELL this time. Especially about the system and organization in Japan in future.
②About the way to expand ＥＲＰ. Especially supporting system for SAP and organization of Fee.
