先日、山田さんから、トムと山田さんが１月８日に会う予定だと連絡があり、彼は会う事を楽しみにしていました。
前回、トムが来日する予定の時には、私は、ＮＥＣの佐藤さんとＩＢＭの山田さんが一緒にトムと会う事で調整をしました。今回は、どのような形でトムと会うかを、再度、二人と調整を図ります。なお、今、私が確認した所、佐藤さんは出張で今日は連絡がつかない事が分かりました。明日以降、私は、二人と調整が着き次第、直ちに貴方にご報告したいと思います。
貴方のお考えがあれば、事前に教えてください。
Mr. Yamada told me the other day that he and Tom were to meet on the 8th of January, and he was looking forward to seeing him.
I adjusted the schedule last time for Mr. Sato from NEC and Mr. Yamada from IBM to meet Tom together, when Tom plans to visit Japan. I will try to adjust with those two again, to plan how we can have a meeting with Tom this time. Also, as I have just checked, it turned out that Mr. Sato is on a business trip today and cannot be contacted. I would like to let you know immediately when I adjust with those two after tomorrow.
