このレポートjは非常に興味深いものではある。筆者の推測の通り、高Ca血症を発症した可能性は考えられるが、多くの重症X病患者で必ずしもCを呈しない。また、LやDと、血中Kとの相関が不明瞭であり、このX病に違う要因で偶然高Ca血症を合併した可能性も否定できない。遺伝子検索やレセプターの変異なども必要と考える。機能亢進症が再発した場合にCを呈すれば、臨床経過からも証明できるかもしれないが、現状では不可能である。この雑誌の読者が求める科学的根拠が不十分であると考える。

As the writer predicted, if could have been suffered from hypercalcaemia, but not all the patients of X disease have C.
And it is not clear about the connection of L,D,and K in blood, and we can not deny that X has been coincidentally matched with hypercalcaemia.
There could be needs the change of genes search or receptor.
If Hyperactivity disorder comes again and use C, it could be proved by clinical process but it is impossible for now.
It can be thought that there is lack of scientific proof which the readers of this magazine demand.
