昨日購入後初めて商品の動作確認をしたのですが、次の初期不良がありました。
電源を投入してもコントローラのメニューボタンのランプが点灯しません。
電源を投入しても画面は明るくなるものの何も表示されません。
返金をお願いします。
I checked if the item worked properly and found the following initial failure yesterday.
The light of the menu button doesn't indicate when I turn the switch on.
The screen gets light but nothing is showing on it when I turn the switch on.
Please give me a refund.
