The handle to the suitcase is completely broken (though the box itself was packed good and didn t have any signs of damage). Also, the description says the item is NEW, which is incorrect. It s obvious that the item has been used, opened.

Attached please see the pictures of the item & the damage. Unfortunately, I don't see a way to glue it or fix so it would work and hold the weight of the package ( I contacted my post office, you should contact yours as well to report that the item got damaged. They said they need the process to be started on both ends, US and Japan. I will keep you posted as soon as I have any progress.
