Cervelo Limited Lifetime Warranty

Starting January 1, 2004, each Cervelo SA (Cervelo) bicycle frame purchased after this date is warranted by Cervelo SA against defects in workmanship and materials for as long as the frame is owned by the original owner, excluding paint and decals. (Cervelo bicycle frames purchased before this date came with a four year warranty). This covers ALL bicycle frame models Cervelo offers. This warranty is expressly limited to either the repair or replacement of the defective frame – the decision to repair and replace to be at the sole discretion of Cervelo – and no other remedies are available under the warranty.

2004年1月1日より、この日付以降に購入されたCervelo SA（以下、Cervelo）の自転車用フレームは、塗装とステッカーを除き、元の所有者がフレームを所有している限りにおいて自転車の製造技量及び材質における欠陥をCervelo SAが保証します。（この日付より前に購入されたCervelo自転車のフレームには4年間の保証がついています。）これはCerveloが売り出す全ての自転車フレームのモデルに適用されます。この保証は明確に欠陥フレームの修理又は交換のいずれかに限定されるものです（修理するか交換するかはCerveloの単独裁量で決定されるものとします）。この保証では修理・交換以外の対策は受けられません。
