まず初めにDirectXのバージョン9.0ｃ以降をインストールされているか確認して下さい
確認出来ない場合は最新版のDirectXをインストールして下さい
その後パソコンにコントローラを接続すると自動的にドライバーがインストールされます
もしインストール画面が現れた場合は画面下の真ん中のボタン＞の記号がある部分をクリックしインストールして下さい
もしこれで動作しない場合はこちらで対応できないのでアマゾンカスタマーサポートに連絡して下さい

Afterward, the driver will automatically be installed when connecting the controller to your computer.
If the installation windows doesn't show, please proceed to the installation by clicking on the portion where you see the > symbol in the center below the window.
