Within 60 days of the Amendment Effective Date, the parties agree to negotiate in good faith a master publisher agreement under which ABC,inc. shall serve as a publisher network to XYZ ,inc. for those publishers in the Territory that (i) the parties mutually agree are not sufficiently premium publisher opportunities, or (ii) would otherwise have insufficient spend or commercial interest to come under this Agreement.
60日以内の改正有効日において誠意を持って両者がABCincと出版契約に合意します。出版ネットワークとしてXYZへ役立つべきなのでTerritory内にある相互に合意したこれらの出版社は(i)十分な出版社の機会の権利がない、もしくは(ii)この合意に適応できるほどの利益が無いか支払えない。
