本日、私の所に商品が届きました。
商品を確認したところ、左腕に明らかな補修の跡がありました。
輸送中の事故などによるヒビや割れなどではなく、元々割れた物を補修した跡です。
この商品は、私の大事なビジネスパートナーにプレゼントする予定でしたが、この状態では渡せません。
The item got to me today.
I checked the item and noticed there was an obvious trace of repair on the left arm.
This is definitely not a crack or damage caused during the shipment. This is a mark of a broken item after repair work.
This item was to be presented to my important business partner. However, I cannot give this to my business partner now that the item has a noticeable trace of the said damage.
前回購入した「#08519 LOVING TOUCH（Order 8137）」も、新品で交換してくれるとのことでしたが、結局は補修して返送してきましたよね？
新品ではなく補修したのはわかっていましたが背中の部分であること、そして、目立たないことから黙っていましたが、今回の商品は明らかに補修したことがわかってしまいます。
貴店で取り扱っている商品は本当に正規品なのですか？
Even the item I previously purchased, #08519 LOVING TOUCH（Order 8137）, was sent to me after you had repaired it though you promised me you would replace it with a new piece, wasn't it?
I knew it was repaired and not replaced. However, the damaged part was on the back and also not easily noticeable, so I held my tongue about it, but the repaired part is pretty obvious this time around.
Are items available at your shop really original?

今回届いた商品が、本当に正規品であるかどうかLladro本社に問い合わせて
鑑定してもらおうと思います。
Lladro本社が正規品だと認めれば、貴店に再度連絡しますので新品交換を希望します。
もし、Lladro本社が正規品として認められないと返答があった場合は商品を返品するので、全額返金を希望します。
