No, this is not an aggregate site. It is a standalone website. In the first phrase of our website is not open at the public and end-users. We will have a B2B website only opened for our contracted travel agents. They use coupons from our website to enhance their travel packages or re-sell to their customers.
In our second phrase, we will open our website for end-users. A normal user will be able to purchase coupons directly from our website.
(We're also making progress. Hence, I would imagine that it'd be possible to collaborate together.)

Your company will be responsible:
1) To collect deals related to food & beverage, entertainment and shopping from Japan, and other countries if any. Each deal to last for 3 months to 6 months.
2) To discuss terms and conditions of deals with merchants (deal suppliers).
3) To write editorial for deal.
You will send us merchants’ deals to us periodically through emails. We will verify and select deals suitable for us. At the end we will pay the commission to your company after the expiration of each deal posting.

We are Chinese funded company. We have offices in Hong Kong and Beijing. Our business is across online shopping and travel. Our current focus business is the online shopping platform targeting mainland and Hong Kong customers similar to website like eBay. Since our company is financially backed up by investors from Agricultural Bank of China and Communication Bank of China, we have good relationships with the banks.

One of our businesses is the travel business. We have already cooperated with China travel agents. Our company will serve those tourists from mainland in Hong Kong bring to purchase luxury goods and serving nice restaurants. Tours will begin in October.
One of our staff will come over to Thailand in next week. She is called Emily. Maybe you can come over to your company to give you my name card.
