Department of State, the U.S. Department of Commerce, and the U.S. Department of Treasury. It is the responsibility of the Customer to be
aware of these lists, which can be found at the above listed U.S. Government websites. The Customer identified below certifies that it will not
knowingly engage in any unauthorized transaction involving the export of OpticsPlanet products to any restricted parties or destinations.

このリストは顧客の責任で把握されるべきもので、上記に挙げられた米国政府ウェブサイトで確認できる。
下記に示される顧客は、OpticsPlanet製品のいずれかの制限された第三者あるいは仕向地への輸出を含む、いかなる不正な取引に故意に関与しないことを誓約する。
