突然のご連絡で申し訳ないですが、今月ずっと行きたかったドバイに遂に行けることになりました。

I am sorry for this sudden email, but I got a chance to go to Dubai where I have wanted to go for this entire month.
Visiting Dubai has been my dream and I am so excited about it even now!
I know this would be a rare chance for me to visit there, so if you have time to spare, would you give me your time to meet me?
I have not gotten a flight ticket, but I plan to visit from the middle of this month to the end of this month.
