マルチエフェクターはGR-20 GR-55 でしょうか？
エフェクターの説明書とおりにセッティングされたのなら
MIDI送受信チャンネルを確認してください。
今回のGK-3の状態 2弦と5弦の音が小さい
考えられる事は
GK-3の取り付け位置調整とマルチエフェクターの調整です。
もう少しギターの弦のAdjusting the Input Sensitivity (GK SENS)(入力感度の調整)をお願いします
