商品は買い手の所に到着したが買い手は受取拒否をした
そして商品は日本へ返送された
買い手が全額返金を要求してきた場合、私は全額返金する必要がありますか？
全額返金すると私は送料90＄を失うし、約20＄の落札手数料も失う
全額返金をしなかった場合、ネガティブの評価を受ける可能性がある
私のミスではなく、買い手が正当な理由もなく受取拒否をした場合の対応を教えて下さい
君はそちらの事情で一度受取拒否をしている
もう一度商品を発送して欲しい場合は再度送料を払って下さい
I sent out the item on 1/14.
The item was delivered to the buyer's address but he rejected to collect the item.
And the item was sent back to Japan.
If the buyer request for a refund, must I return the money?
If I pay him back, I will lose $90 delivery fee and $20 auction fee.
If I do not pay back, I may receive a negative comment.
It is not my mistake. Please tell me how to handle this situation where the buyer reject the item for no appropriate reason.
