①PAYPALに確認したところ、EBAYにクレームを申請してから、返品をしたほうが良い、というアドバイスをもらいました。すぐに返品しますので、受け取り次第、返金処理をお願い致します。
②PAYPALに確認したところ、2台だけの返金申請は難しいが、１０台全部であれば、返品すれば返金を要求できるとの事でした。そこで私は１０台全部返品し全額返金してもらいたい、と思います。

1) I contacted PayPal and they advised me to first file a complaint with eBay, then return the merchandise. I am returning the merchandise right away. Please process a refund as soon as you receive the shipment.
2) I contacted PayPal and they told me that it would be difficult to request a refund for 2 pieces only; however, if I'm returning all 10 pieces, there should be no problem. Therefore, I'm returning all 10 pieces for a refund.
If you'll accept a refund for 2 pieces only, please let me know.
