I received the keepall
But unfortunately the bag is quite damaged.
Something I did not know when purchasing.
2 of the rivets are completely dislodged
One fell to the ground when I took the bag out of the box(it belongs to the handle)
and the other is on the side of the bag dislodged.
I just received it and only removed it from it's packaging, I don't believe this bag can actually be used.
What shall I do?
I am really upset and disappointed I have taken the bag to be appraised myself and I have been informed that it is a fake

keepallを受け取りましたが、残念なことにバッグが壊れていました。
購入した時、気づきませんでした。
２つのリベットが完全に外れています。
１つは、箱からバッグを取り出した際、床に落ちました（これは、ハンドルについていた物です）。
もう１つは、外れたバッグの側にあります。
受け取り、開封したところです。このバッグは使えるとは思いません。
どうすれば良いですか。
驚きと失望によりバッグを鑑定してもらった結果、ニセモノである旨が判明しました。
