医師と診療看護師との違い
私の担当する患者さんは、2歳から21歳の若い方たちです。専門は精神医学で、子供への診察、処置、薬の処方が主な仕事ですが、成人の診察をすることもあります。診療看護師は医師の監督のもとに診察、薬の処方、MRIやX線検査などを行います。一方、手術や重症の患者は医師が担当します。（※診療看護師の権限は州や病院によって異なる）

This is my experience that I only could talk, so I thought I would like to actually do medical activities at actual sites, and I tried to be a nurse practitioner.
Difference between a doctor and a nurse practitioner.
The patients who I am in charge of are from 2 year old to 21 year old which is young.
My specialty is psychiatry and seeing children, doing medical activities, prescribing meds are my main duties but I sometimes see adults as well.
Nurse practitioners see patients, prescribe, do MRI, Xray under a doctor's supervision.
On the other hand, doctors are in charge of operations and patients with serious cases.
