電源はET-95A/S を使用してます。WER02と一緒に購入してます。
顧客にコントローラーを開けて確認してもらいました。
添付写真を確認して下さい。
写真でも確認できるとおり、3本中2本のケーブルが断線してました。
横のダイヤルも緩くなって、本来の機能を果たしていません。
ハードケースも配送時からヒビが入っていたそうで、交換して欲しいとのことです。可能ですか?
新しいコントローラーなどは、顧客に直接届けてほしいです。
以下が配送先住所になります。
壊れたコントローラーは回収不要ですか?

Please check the attached picture.
As you can see on the picture, 2 of 3 cables were broken.
The side dial was also loosen it doesn't work as it is supposed to.
The hard case was already damaged when it was delivered,and want to change it for a new one. Is it possible?
I want you to deliver a new controller to the customer directly.
