The Seller warranty period of Defects is two weeks from the date of handing over the Goods as specified in Article 6. If the Defects has arisen or is discovered, the B or the User shall notify such occurred Defects to the Seller. In this case, the B shall, at B’s own discretion, have the Seller, at its own expense replace or deliver substitute Goods to the User, or in exchange for or reduce payment, or claim for all payment of Goods or claim for compensation from the Seller for damages suffered by the B as a result of such Defects. If the Defects has arisen or is discovered after the end of the Seller warranty period, the warranty period of Defects will be under those products' brand warranty policies."
欠陥の売り手保証期間は、第6項目にあるように、商品を引き渡した日から2週間です。欠陥が発生または見つかった場合、Bまたは利用者はそのような欠陥の発生を売り手に通知しなければなりません。この場合、Bは、Bの自由裁量により、売り手の費用負担で、売り手に利用者に交換または代用品を送ってもらます。あるいは引き換えに、支払額の減額してもらうか、または商品の全額支払いの請求、または欠陥の結果としてBが負った損害に対して売り手に補償支払いを要求します。欠陥が、売り手保障期間が終わった後で発生または見つかった場合は、欠陥の保証期間は商品の商標保証規定によるものとします。
