アメリカに留学後ハワイにて本格的に料理の世界に入る。日本領事館でのパーティー料理やウェディングパーティーのケータリングのヘルプをしながら、ジャパ ニーズ・アメリカンレストランで働いているときにスカウトを受け日本に帰国する。六本木ヒルズにある、ニューヨーク・ザガットサーベイで常に1位の座に輝 くイタリアンレストラン、イル・ムリーノで研鑽を積んだ後、「朝食の女王」と称されるSarabeth'sを日本で立ち上げる。ニューヨークに渡りサラベ ス本人から研修を受け、料理長として活躍。
After traveling to the United States on an exchange program, I formerly entered the world of cooking in Hawaii. I worked as the help for a catering company, and assisted in preparing the food for events such as parties for the Japanese Consulate, and weddings. I was scouted while working at a Japanese-American restaurant, and end-up returning to Japan. After gaining experience working at the Italian restaurant, IL MULINO, which is located in Roppongi Hills and is constantly at the No.1 spot on the New York Zagat survey, I helped establish the "Queen of Breakfast," Sarabeth, in Japan. I traveled to New York to learn from SaraBeth herself, and have been successfully serving as the Head Chef.

エッグベネディクト、フレンチトースト、パンケーキなどが注目を受け、雑誌、TV出演などもしている。2015年に独立し「料理を通して笑顔を増やす」を理念に活動中。
I would like to bring the American breakfast culture to Japan.
The eggs benedict, french toast, and pancakes have gained much attention, and have recently been featured in magazined and the tv. I am currently working towards becoming independent in 2015, and working on the idea to "increase smiles through cooking."
