解雇しても承認しないと思います。その場合はどうなりますか？
私としても完成していないものに報酬は払えません。私もこの1件であらかじめ日本で受注していた案件が白紙になっているので非常にこのフリーランサーのために迷惑しています。
もちろんそのために損害も出ています。
何度完成していないので報酬は払えないといっても聞く耳を持ちません。正直困っています。
クライアントより自分のほうが偉いと認識しているようです。海外ではそうなんでしょうか？

I cannot pay for the work that has not been completed. As being a free-lancer, I am in a very serious trouble, getting some damage from the incident: I have lost one case I have gotten in Japan.
They would not just listen to me, probably thinking of themselves being in a higher position than a client.
