You informed me that you had completed shipment process of the item via UPS on July 28, 2011, but I see no update of the status of your shipment when I search it through your tracking number which you gave me. For your information, the status of other items, which were sent to me from other two sellers via UPS, have been already updated. Only the tracking number of the item which you said you had sent me is not updated. I don't want to get more nervous about this, otherwise I will not be able to give you a good feedback. Please tell me the current status of the shipped item as soon as possible! I need this item very urgently.
