応募期間中にイトーヨーカドーアプリ「お楽しみ」ボタンより「懸賞に応募する」ボタンをタップし、ユーザー登録を行ってください。
対象商品購入レシート（領収書）の撮影後、アンケート項目をご入力頂き、レシートナンバーを入力
「応募する」ボタンをタップして応募完了となります。
（店頭でのレシートは左下の【レシートNo】 ネットスーパーの場合【お問合せ番号】 セブンネットショッピングの場合【ご注文番号】）
※ご希望の賞品を選択してご応募いただけます。
For the term of applying, tap the button "お楽しみ (enjoying)" on Ito-Yokado App and then tap the button "懸賞に応募する (apply the prize)", enabling you to make the user registration.
After taking a picture of the receipt with which you buy the campaign product, fill in the questionnaire on App, enter your receipt number and then tap the button "応募する (apply)", that finishes your entry.
(As for the receipt number: if you buy in the actual store, it is on "レシートNo (Receipt No.)" at the lower left of the receipt; if you use Net-Super, it is the number of "お問合せ番号 (Inquiry No.)"); if you use Seven Net Shopping, it is the number of "ご注文番号 (Order No.).")
