「Picture is an example」
とありますが、あまりにも状態の悪い商品なので納得できません。
I would like to request you to make a full refund of the item purchased as I received an item which differs from the item description.

And here is a picture of the item received.
Its surface is worn out, and it looks clearly different from what is shown in the picture from the item page.
There is an indication that says, "picture is an example", but the condition of the item is so poor that I am not pleased.
