この度は所有権者様並びAmazon様に多大なるご迷惑をおかけしたことをお詫びいたします。
今回のような過ちを二度と侵さないことは当社としても大きな課題です。そこで2つ対応策を考えました。
1.リサーチして準備した出品用CSVファイルにはASINがあるだけで、そのファイルからは実際に出品される商品のブランドなどが具体的に見えません。実際今回も出品のミスでした。
そこでCSVをファイルを読み込み、ASINコードから現在のamazon.co.jpとamazon.uk.co.jpの実際の出

It is our great responsibility prevent this happening again, and we considered 2 measures for it.
1. We researched and found the following.
There is only ASIN at CSV file for listing that we prepared,
and we cannot see the brand of the item that is listed from this file in detail. The mistake this time was also the one in its listing.
Then we read the file of the CSV, and listing at Amazon.co.jp and Amazon.co.uk from the ASIN code

2..品禁止となるブランドの把握が困難なため今後一切カメラ関連の出品を行わないことを決定いたしました。
これに関してはカメラ関連に限らず、所有権者が存在する商品を把握するため、amazon内で参照すべきページやファイルなどがございましたらお知らせください。

We showed the page of listing the item, and purchased the tool that is listed upon checking. By this system, we can prevent the mistake in the listing visually.

2. As it is difficult to understand the brand that is prohibited from listing, we decided not to list the items in respect with camera from now.
If you find a page or file that should be referred to at Amazon to understand not only the camera but also the items where a person who has a right to possess exists, please let us know.
