When facilities or Jig tools broke down, we repaired it by ourselves without contacting our boss because we could repair it by ourselves.
When a good product is misjudged as a defective product, it becomes a problem to the customer. When a defective product is judged as a good product, it becomes the profit loss of the company.
Consciousness is awakened and effectiveness become doubles by doing both "physical action" and " think with a head and speak aloud" at the same time.
