(1) We will not falsify customs documents. Doing so constitutes fraud and is illegal both in your country and ours. People have in fact gone to jail over this, and it is absolutely not worth it, so please don't ask. (2) Our return policy applies to international bidders, so if you are not happy you can return it for a refund of the purchase price, but please note that we will not refund shipping charges or any other amount, just the purchase price.
（１）私共では税関書類の偽造は行いません。偽造するということは詐欺をすることであり、貴方の国と私共の国の両国で違法となっています。実際に書類偽造で拘置された人々もいますし、全くもって無意味です。ですので、そのような要求は避けて頂きたく思います。（２）海外の入札者に対する返却についての私共の方針ですが、ご希望に沿わない商品に関しましては入札額にての返却を受け付けております。ですが、購入金額以外の郵送料やその他別途料金に関しましては返済致しかねますのでご了承ください。
(3) We always try and ship items as quickly as possible. When we pack an item for shipment we call the carrier to come pick the item up. International bidders should know that it sometimes takes Fedex several days to come and pick up an item. This causes some minor delays. There is nothing we can do about it, please be understanding that these delays are not our fault.
