次にそのビジョンを具現化するのに必要な資源を調達したり、割り当てる案を検討し、計画を立てます。(Plan)その計画に基づいて行動し、(Do) 途中段階で、計画どおりに進められているか進捗状況（結果、人、モノ、予算、日程等）を確認します。(Check)一通りの活動が終了した時点で、方向性はまちがっていなかったか、当初立てた計画は妥当だったかなど見直しを行い、次の計画に反映させます。(Action)

(Plan)act on the plan, (Do)check the progress(results, people, thing, budget, schedule) if it's progressing as planned. (Check)review the direction and the plan was ok or not when all progress was done, then make next one will be good.
