The production is conducted in sequence and under the tact time following the production plan and abnormalities are easily identified and handled.
Unless the production plan is being followed, the lead time becomes longer and over time occurs with increase in stock and incomplete productions.
Prepare a schedule for just-in-time production so that the order and production pace can easily be recognised.
The in-process defects are to be recorded and managed.
Important tasks have specific and qualified persons assigned.
