教える人は、常に正しい基本を示す
間に合わせの工具や治具、設備を使わない
言い訳をして、違う道具や治具を使うと信用されなくなる
不足したものがあれば、仕事はうまくいかない
説明する際に、必要となる設備、治具、部品、要領書など全てを準備しておく

In accordance with predetermined rules at work , I do maintenance
The people who teach, always indicate the correct basis
Do not use equipment, makeshift tools and jig
If you make it as an excuse , you won't be no longer be trusted by using a different tool and jig
If there is something that you lack , you can't work well
When it is explained, you should prepare earlier equipment , fixtures , parts , manual procedures and such
