I have spoken with UPS international and they stated that they are waiting for you to contact them to clear the watch. Please do so immediately as it has been in customs for over a week. Have you contacted them at all? Also, please provide me with an email address other than the amazon.com address as any emails that are sent to this address have been rejected. Please provide confirmation that you have received this email and are working on getting the watch. Thank you.
