輸送に際して、また問題が起きました。ここに載せている写真は、本日届いたフリューゲルホルンです。本体のＨＯＲＮの部分が大きく凹んでいます。非常に悪質ないたずらです。
売り手にも問い合わせました。しかし、出荷に際して問題がありませんでした。出荷前の写真もあります。明らかに、荷物の中身をチエックした時に作られた凹みです。以前に問題を報告したサックスの時と同じです。以前のサックスの時には、マウスピースを詰め込まれてました。今回は大きな凹みです

Again, there has been a trouble with shipping. The photo attached here is the flugelhorn that I received today. Its body is dented on a considerable level. This is such a malicious mischief.
I checked with the seller. However, there wasn't any problem upon shipment. I do have a photo of the instrument before it was shipped out. Obviously, this dent was made during the item inspection, I must say. It is the exact same case as the saxophone. Previously, a mouthpiece was crammed inside. This time round, it is a big dent.
外箱には問題は全くありません。ケースにも問題はありません。繰り返しですが、「明らかに悪意でつけた傷」とした思えないのです。
私は、この件について、広く日本の輸入業者の皆さんにネット、ブログを介して報告をいたします。それ以外、私には解決策はないのでしょう。とにかく、「非常に悪意に満ちた」行為です。このこと以外に、私に解決できる方法がありますか？今回の行為についてはもはや我慢できません。徹底して私はＰＲをいたします。
There is no sign of damage on the box. The case seems perfect too. I repeat again, but this seems like "a damage made with the intention of malicious mischief".
I am going to extend an report about this case to Japanese importers through internet and blog. There is no other way of solving this problem. Anyhow, this is an extremely ill-meaning act. Is there anything else I can do to solve this problem? I cannot put up with this act anymore. I am going to take an action against this thoroughly.
