The fan is fully functional as a new one with some questionable minor hard to see scratches that I do not believe were even there in the first place.
I do not appreciate the threat of a negative feedback as I am trying to offer you to return the item even though the 7 day return policy has passed. I will issue a UPS return Label to your email so that all you have to do is pack it back in the original box and apply the label and then drop it off at a UPS Store or UPS Shipping location.
