日本での使用下では期間内でしたら保証を受けることは可能です。このギターは並行輸出品となりますので、お客様の国でその保証が受けられるかは分かりません。詳しくはお客様の国のお近くの正規代理店にお問い合わせください。
また、あなたの国で保証が受けられないならば、往復送料および日本国内送料をお客様が負担して頂ければ、私達が代理店に修理依頼する事は可能です。
With regards to the warranty, we cannot tell you about the details since we are not an authorized dealer.
We bundle the product warranty booklet issued in Japan together with the wrench.
If you are using it within the period in Japan, then it is possible for us to accept the warranty. This guitar is a parallel export product so we don't know if the warranty is accepted in your country. Please inquire with the nearest authorized dealer in your country for the details.
In addition, if the warranty is not accepted in your country, then it will be possible for us to request for a repair from the dealer as long as you would shoulder the two-way shipping charges and the shipping charge within Japan.
