企業経営は、お客様に提供する製品・サービスを通じて行われているが、ＱＣサークル活動は製品・サービス・仕事などの質の管理・改善を継続的に行っている第一線の職場の活動である。
また、企業の体質は、経営目的を達成するためにその企業で働いている全ての人と職場が、組み合わされたシステムとして発揮される組織全体の能力と考えられ、この職場第一線のＱＣサークル活動で職場の問題解決が進めば、企業全体が自然に改善され、体質が強化され企業は確実に発展していく。
Contributing to the change of company structure and growth.
Company management is done through supplying goods and services to customers, but QC circle activities are activities that constantly managing and improving the goods, services and work at the front line of the company.
Company structure can be thought as an ability of the whole organization which is a combined system of work forces that achieve management goals. If the QC circle activities by the front line achieves solving problems, the whole company will improve naturally and the company structure will be strengthened and growth will be certain.
