人の陰口・悪口を言わない
人の陰口・悪口は他人が聞いて喜ぶ人はいない。自分の首を絞めることになると肝に銘ずる事。
分け隔てしない
部下によって判断基準を変えない。部下によって緩く、辛く接する事や、評価に手心を加える事は、部下間の人間関係を悪くし、リーダーの信頼もなくす。
私利私欲を排除する
自分のことは後回しにすること。他人のために何ができるかという視点を持っていないと人はついてこない。
自分の基準を持つ事
不破雷同で風見鶏は慎む事。自分としての価値基準であり判断基準をしっかりと持つ事。
Do not talk behind someone's back or talk badly of others
No one is happy to hear you talk behind someone's back or talk badly of others. Keep in mind that you are only tying yourself down.
Do not discriminate
Don't change the judgmental standard depend on which junior staff. If you give a certain staff easy standard and give another difficult one and be personal about evaluating them you are going to make the relationship between them worse and you will lose trust as a leader.
Take out personal greed
Think about yourself last of all. No one is going to follow you if you don't have a perspective to think what you can do for others.
Have your own standard
Refrain yourself from behaving like a lot of sheep. Have your own standard of values and judgmental standard.
