ＱＣサークル活動で、自己啓発･相互啓発を行う事や様々な問題・課題に取組むことにより能力が発揮でき、更に多面的に考え、対応することによって気づかないうちに潜在能力を顕在化させ、能力が向上していく。人間は人間性が尊重される職場で働きたいと願っている。
