1995年結成。1996年ロードランナー・ジャパンより1stアルバム『Little Playmate』リリースし、その後計4枚のオリジナル・アルバムと1枚のライヴ・アルバムをリリース。
2003年4月ユニバーサル・ミュージックに移籍、7月にシングルをリリースしたが、ツアー中の事故により、活動休止を余儀なくされる。

The band was formed in 1995。Released their 1st album 『Little Playmate』in 1996 through Road Runner・Japan, then released a total of 4 original albums and 1 live album.
On April, 2003, they transferred to Universal Music. Although they released their single in July, due to tour accident, they had to stop their later performance.
2004年5月、5thアルバム『CIRCLES』をリリースし、復活。
2007年、エイベックスに移籍し、8thアルバム『our PMA』をリリース。
2007年12月初頭のツアー最終公演（12月9日Zepp Tokyo）を持って解散。
2012年9月、Hi-STANDARDからの呼びかけに応じ、“AIR JAM 2012”にて約5年ぶりの復活を遂げた。
2012年11月、東名阪リユニオン・ツアー実施。全公演ソールド・アウト。
On May, 2004 5th album 『CIRCLES』was released and their performance began again.
In 2007, they transferred to AVEX and relased their 8th album.
On December, 2007, they disbanded after public performance in Zepp Tokyo, Dec.19th.
On September, 2012, in response to the request from Hi-STANDARD, they resumed their performance on “AIR JAM 2012” after 5 years.
On November, 2012, they executed their Toumeizaka Reunion Tour. All tickets were sold out.
2013年1月、ギター・南英紀（現Ken Band）の脱退と初代ギター・田中‘T’幸彦の復帰を発表。
2013年6月5日、9thアルバム『ALL FOR THIS!』リリース。
2014年3月5日、キャリア初のフル・カヴァー・アルバム『KEMURIFIED』リリース。
On January, 2013, Guitar Hidenori Minami (Now Ken Band) left and first generation guitar Tanaka Sachihiko rejoined the band.
On June 5th, 2013, 9th album 『ALL FOR THIS!』was released.
On March. 5th, 2014, First cover album in their career『KEMURIFIED』was released.
