スタッフの方の過剰でない自然な笑顔とサービスがとても心地よかったです。全体的にこぢんまりと落ち着いていて、ゆったりとした時間を過ごせました。夕食・朝食もとっーても！美味しかったです。アレルギーのある食材を抜いて欲しい、というお願いにも快くご対応いただいて、ご面倒をおかけして申し訳なく思いつつも、安心してお食事を楽しむことができました。私たちがお水が欲しいことを察知して、席を立つ前に「持ってきますね」とお声がけいただいたり…よく見てくださっていて、感動でした。
The kind and caring nature of the staff's service was both comfortable and fantastic. In general, the place was comfy and I was able to spend a really relaxing time there. The dinner and breakfast was wonderful and so delicious! They understood my request to consider my food allergies and despite how bad I felt of this request, I could thoroughly enjoy my meals as they listened. There was one time when I was about to stand up to get some more water but the staff said that they will "bring some (water)" instead which was kind of them, they really took care of me and I was impressed and moved.
泊まったお部屋は和室ツイン。あまり広すぎず、私たちにはちょうど良いサイズでした。お掃除も行き届いていて清潔感も感じられました。お風呂は大浴場と露天風呂に分かれていて、露天風呂は時間ごとに男女別になっていたり、貸切になっていたり、というシステムでした。
The room we stayed in was a Japanese-style twin room which was not so large but proper. Also, It was very pleasant as the room was very well cleaned up. The public bathhouse is divided into indoor and outdoor bath. Service hours differ depending on gender and it is not available when chartered by others.
貸切予約は時間割表に部屋番号を書くだけでとっても簡単。他の宿泊客の方々も気軽にご予約されていました。色々と仰々しくない感じが私たちにはかなりGOODで、本当に居心地が良かったです。
ロープウェイの終着駅「桃源台」から徒歩10分くらいの場所にあって、桃源台からは芦ノ湖の”海賊船”も出ていますから、立地も最高だと思います。チェックインの日、ロープウェイから夕暮れの空を見ながら桃源台に向かう時間はとっても素敵でした。

The VIP reservation was a simple process where we just had to write our room number on the time schedule. Because of the easiness, there were a number of other guests who made reservations too. The atmosphere wasn't so extravagant which is what we liked so it was good and it was just so comfortable.
Its located about 10 mins on foot from the cable car terminal station called "Tougendai" and from there, there's a "pirate's ship" belonging to Ashino Lake so I think the location is perfect. On the day we checked in and on our way to Tougendai we saw a beautiful sunset from the cable car which was remarkable.
