How to prime a diesel pump without a priming bulb nor automatic bleeding.
For bleeding the air in the circuit, inject diesel in the circuit upstream of the pump, either in the bleed screw, or in the fuel filter inlet
Vacuum clean diesel in a syringe
To facilitate the air bleeding, it is recommended to fill new fuel in the fuel filter housing when replacing the fuel filter
Run at full throttle and start the engine
If the engine stalls, wait for 5 to 7 seconds before restarting
Check for leaks on the air bleed screw and the water bleed screw
How to find vacuum leaks in your fuel system
If your vehicle starts and stalls immediately, you probably have an air leak in the diesel circuit upstream of the injection pump

Per caricare l´aria nel circuito, iniettare il diesel nel circuito in cima alla pompa, altrimenti nella vite di innezione o nell´insenatura del filtro
Aspira il diesel nella siringa
Per facilitare l´immissione di aria, e´raccomandabile iniettare nuovo combustibile nel filtro del carburante quando si riposiziona il filtro del carburante.
Apri la valvola e far partire il motore
Se il motore si blocca, attendere 5-7 secondi prima di far ripartire il motore
Controlla le perdite di aria e le perdite di acqua dalle viti

Se il vostro veicolo parte e si blocca immediatamente, e´probabile che ci sia una perdita d´aria nel circuito nella pompa d´iniezione diesel
