東日本大震災は私たちの生活を大きく変えました。
多くの人が命を失い、また多くの人が転居を余儀なくされ、未だに仮設住宅で生活している方々がいます。
従来の安全神話は崩壊し、原子力発電所の安全基準が大きく見直され、日本に存在する全ての原発を停止することになりました。
今は原発再稼働問題が話題となっています。
さらに、輸出入の面でも大打撃を受けました。工業製品や海産物を輸出できなくなり経済面での損失は大きいものでした。
この大地震は阪神淡路大震災と共に後世に語り継がれていくことでしょう。
The Great East Japan Earthquake has significantly changed our lives. Many victims died and many victims got forced to move and some of them are still living in temporary houses. Conventional safety myth collapsed, then safety standards for nuclear power plants were extensively reviewed, and all the nuclear power plants existing in Japan were deactivated. Re-running of the power plants is now coming to an issue. Furthermore, we had a serious damage in import and export. Export of industrial products and seafoods was restricted and there was too much loss in the economy. This severe earthquake will be handed down to posterity along with the Great Hanshin-Awaji Earthquake.
