一度返金していただかないと、paypalからUS confirmed addressをお知らせすることができませんので、一度全額返金していただいて、再度インボイスを送ってもらえませんか？そしたら、すぐにUS confirmed addressより入金させていただきます。paypalに電話で確認しましたが、そのような手順でないと、送り先住所の変更はできないようです。ご理解よろしくお願いいたします。
We can’t inform you the US confirmed address from PayPal, unless you refund once. So could you make full refund once and send me the invoice again? Then I will pay from the US confirmed address immediately. Other than that, there seems to be no means to change shipping addresses although I called PayPal to confirm.
